Return policy for All Ramps Needs
Before returning any of our products you must call (313)418-2724 Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
or email us to acquire a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Any items returned without an Authorization Number will be refused.
All returned items must be shipped in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. Also you must contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery to you.
All returned items are subject to appropriate freight fee both ways as well as a 25% restocking and handing fee.
Any merchandise returned in a severely damaged or used condition which can not be resold as new will have a 35% restocking fee. Additional charge may be incured if the product is returned in damaged condition. Before any credit or refund is issued any returned items will be subject to inspection for use and damage.
There are several different return processing locations around the country that your product may need to be returned to, so please call in advance for the proper shipping adress before returning the product.
Custom built products, ramps or modular ramp systems cannot be returned.
WE value yor patronage and business and will work directly with the manfacturers to assist our customers in any warranty claims on our products. We pride ourselves in offering our customers top quality products at guaranteed lowest prices. Return fees are nessary to cover the time and cost of repackaging products for future shipment.
